Products on our site may not always be in stock. In this event we will endeavour to provide an estimated delivery date.

Alternatively we can recommend an equivalent substitute. Representation of styles and colours are as accurate as web design allows. Shades may vary between styles, even those of the same brand.

Sizes detailed are given by the manufacturers and are approximate, for guidance only.

Embroidery

One free standard, breast sized-embroidery is included in prices quoted. Additional embroideries and/or larger designs incur additional charges as advised in quotations.

Disk Origination: Embroidery disk setup is free with all orders*. An embroidery sample will be provided for approval prior to garments being embroidered. Cancellation/withdrawal of orders at this stage will incur a fee of £20 + VAT to cover the cost of disk origination.

*A disk setup fee will be incurred if the customer wishes to have their own garments embroidered, it is also company policy that we can only embroider customers own garments if they are new and un-worn.

Printing

Heat Seal: No minimum quantity for heat seal printing. Prices quoted are for one colour text or number prints. Suitable for up to 12 identical prints.

Screen Printing: Minimum quantity of 12 items. Screen setup charges apply.

Artwork

Embroidery/print quality will reflect the quality of artwork supplied. Better results can be achieved from higher quality images.

Copyright: It is taken as implicit in the acceptance of all embroidery and printing that the customer is either the copyright holder or authorised user licensed by the copyright holder and that the customer will indemnify Top Stitch in full against any claims for infringement of copyright laws. In some cases, written consent from the person/organisation who owns the logo may be required.

Quotations

Quotation requests will be responded to within 48hrs (Mon-Fri). Quotations are valid for 30 days only. Quotations are provided on an individual basis according to embroidery/printing requirements.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in £ sterling.
Prices quoted exclude VAT which will be charged at the rate applicable.
Children's sizes (up to 12-13 yrs/34") are zero rated for VAT.
Prices may be subject to change. We cannot guarantee that repeat orders will remain at the original rate.

Samples

Samples of plain or embroidered garments will be charged at our standard rate plus the cost of carriage prior to despatch. Embroidered samples are non-returnable. Plain garments will be credited if returned in good condition.

For new orders/designs, a scanned copy of the embroidery will be emailed for approval. We require written approval prior to garment decoration.

Orders

Orders are required in writing using the order form sent with all quotations or at your request. Customers must ensure that details of quantity, product code/description, size, colour and decoration details are accurate and that contact information along with details of invoice and delivery address are completed. Telephone/verbal orders are made at customers own risk - any responsibility for errors will not be accepted by Top Stitch.

Payment

Non-account Customers: Payment required prior to despatch or upon collection.

Account Customers: Payment required as per agreed terms. Late payments will incur a charge of 1.5% interest per month. We prefer payment by credit/debit card or by direct bank transfer - contact us for details.

Cheques: Returned or represented cheques will incur a £10 charge to cover bank/admin costs. Cash payments accepted by customers collecting goods.

Despatch/Carriage

Orders are normally despatched within 2 weeks of approval & payment.

For single items we use Royal Mail services, charged at £4.00 + VAT.
For all other orders we use a standard, next day courier service.

Charges as follows: 2-30 items are sent via courier (small pack), charged at £7.50 + VAT.
Orders above 30 items are 7.50 + VAT for the first carton and then £5.00 + VAT per carton afterwards.

Delivery charges for Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and overseas available by request.

Returns

Returns will be accepted in the case of genuine garment manufacturing faults. Returns due to errors in embroidery/printing will only be accepted if the finished product does not match the sample approved.

Privacy

Top Stitch respects your privacy. The information you provide to us will not be shared with any third parties. Email addresses will be stored solely for the purpose of direct correspondence related to quotations and/or orders. Credit/debit card details are requested on an order by order basis and are not stored in any form.
